How do I get to your Showroom?

Use Route 288 and exit East on Midlothian Turnpike (US Route 60). Go one block and turn left on North Otterdale Road into the Sommerville Industrial Park. Go 2 blocks and turn right on Justice Road. We are the second building on the left (14320 Justice Road). Please call in advance for an appointment! 

My Home Theater or Sound System does not operate correctly.

If you have one of our Theater Master Remote Controls, go to the download section of this site and open the instructions for your particular remote control. There may be a special note at the bottom with instructions on re-synchronizing your system. If your problem relates only to your Cable TV, Fios, or Satellite TV service, try unpluging the cable box or satellite receiver, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. If this does not solve the problem call your provider. Otherwise call us and we will be glad to help!
