Response to COVID-19 from Moseley Electronics

March 18, 2020

Dear Customers and Partners,

The safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority at Moseley Electronics. As concern for the Coronavirus grows, we will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation with heightened diligence. We are aware there are cases arising in some of our areas of service and want to address questions about how we are working to minimize the impact of COVID-19.

At Moseley Electronics, we are prepared to respond to customers’ needs as promptly as we can. We know these are trying and stressful times for many reasons. Many people are now working from home and all K-12 grades and college students are doing schoolwork from home. If you have a concern about your Wi-Fi and bandwidth, we are here to help. We will remain committed to serving our community during these times and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

We have guidelines in place for our technicians to keep them safe, as well as the customers whom they are servicing. All technicians will be equipped with gloves and shoe covers when entering homes or businesses for peace of mind and prevention.

We have a policy in place requiring employees to stay home or seek medical attention in accordance with the CDC and WHO guidelines. Should any of our customers have any questions or concerns regarding our employees or policies, we can be reached at (804)379-1348.

Moseley Electronics encourages all customers and employees to practice the following guidelines and safety tips provided by the CDC and WHO:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Use an alcohol-based sanitizer
  • Keep away from others that are sick
  • Avoid touching high-touch surfaces in public places
  • Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes, etc.
  • Cough and sneeze into your sleeve, not your hands
  • Clean and disinfect household objects and surfaces in your home
  • Avoid all non-essential travel

The CDC states if you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider immediately. Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and the CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19.

We are actively monitoring updates from the CDC and local health officials and will continue to communicate and make any necessary adjustments as this situation continues to evolve. Our employees will be practicing social distancing over the next few weeks. Therefore, some of our office staff may be working remotely, but we are always available to you through email or by calling (804)379-1348.

Moseley Electronics concern for the well-being of our employees, their families, our customers and our community will never change. It is our hope that everyone stays safe and well!

Sincerely,

Sara Moseley, President
